Ryan Aviation on behalf of our established client is seeking a Fuel operations specialist based in Dubai.Reporting to the Head of Fuel Operations.Responsibilities include-Closely interact with jet traders and flight permits desk, follow up on their inquiries-Plan and schedule fuel deliveries for customers worldwide (ad-hoc and scheduled flights)-Arrange invoicing and administrative follow up for each fuel delivery-Other tasks and responsibilities related to the positionSkills-3+ yrs of relevant experience in fuel operations and ground handling-Thorough knowledge of aircraft types-Exceptional organisational skills-Customer focused and service oriented-Ability to work independently and as part of the team-Good knowledge of world geography-Ability to work flexible working hours-Fluency in English is a must
