Excellent Terms On Offer:
* Compensation (after taxes in China): Scedule: US$13,400 made up of: US$12,000 base service fee per month+US$1,400 living allowance per month(9,000RMB)
* Leave: 8 weeks on 20 days off for 4 times and 6 weeks on 14 days off for 1 time periodically
* Overtime Paid: Flight hours over 80 hours paid at US$150.00/H
* Flight Base: Initial base of operations will be Shenzhen
* Travel: Donghai Airlines shall pay US$10,200 for pilot/spouse/direct relatives as international travel allowance each year.
* Annual Bonus: Donghai will pay the annual bonus as below: After finish 12 months' services:10,000USD/ After finish 24 months' services:11,000USD/ After finish 36 months' services:12,000USD
* Sick Leave: Pilot have 10 days as sick leave(must provide doctor's letter as proved.)
* Insurance: Donghai will provide accident insurance for pilot with 1.5 million, and medical insurance with 0.5 million.

* Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People′s Republic of China
* Less than 55 years old at start of employment
* ATPL with B737 type rating issued by an ICAO country
* Valid Class I Medical
* English proficient
* No accidents
*No criminal record
* 3,000 hours TT and 500 hours PIC in type
* 3-year experience in international flight
