An AOG Team Leader is required by our client in Switzerland to provide to company clients technical support
Duties
Manage day to day AOG traffic ,organise engineers work and perform other duties as assigned by the team manager
Support customers 24 hours a day. Off hour, weekend and holiday support is necessary
Coordinate with other Company business units throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas to support our customers and the business units themselves
Coordinate with other service center business units support for our customers when The Company cannot support
Verify that all AOG requests meet Company compliance requirements
Coordinate supply chain logistics and parts ordering with follow up shipping estimates to engineers and customers
Coordinate visas if necessary and when applicable to meet future business needs
Coordinates with local airport security administration to provide access to the AOG team engineers
Performs billing to the customer immediately after completion of work
Work a shift system to ensure availability during off hours, weekends, and holidays
Coordinate with the training office and determines what training may be necessary
Work with QA for the necessary one-off’s and dispensations, foreign approvals, etc.
Work with other software programming (TBD) to ensure maintenance information flows through the programming to the customer
Provide feedback and reports to the team manager as necessary
Requirements
Minimum 5 years aircraft line (AOG) maintenance experience with EASA B1, B2 or equivalent FAA A&P licensing (B1/B2 licence or A&P licence required on business jets)
5 years’ experience in a management or leadership role within a production line maintenance environment in Aviation
Familiar with SAP, project opening and closing, billing and time keeping
Goal oriented – driven to provide the highest customer support service in the industry
Strong planning, communication, influencing and conflict management skills
Proven ability to initiate, motivate and manage change
Proven leader and team builder
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
College level degree or similar experience preferred
Good knowledge of customer interaction and communication skills
Team building skills, flexibility
