The Position:
Provide and grow a new business unit in full collaboration with EG-IT key best candidates.stakeholders and Mercator to plan, develop and execute EG-ITs strategic growth through acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.
To monitor strategy formulation, facilitating strategy execution and business development, including market intelligence, mergers, partnerships & acquisitions, and other projects and strategic initiatives related to achieving EG-IT's strategic objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:
Information Technology.Other 10+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
International Business Development and Client Relationships
Corporate Stakeholder Management
IT/business development experience of which at least 5 should be in a Senior Management /Executive Position in a top tier travel or high technology corporation
Strong track record in successfully establishing and growing new business units, strategic planning and executing against business strategies, operating/influencing at Executive and Board levels.
Experienced at operating across international boundaries and ability to negotiate with small and large-scale multi-national organisations as part of leading deal negotiations
Strong experience of new business development and/or mergers and acquisitions and multi-stakeholder management.
