Procurement Coordinator will be responsible: · To support the business as directed by manager in a given procurement section, interfacing with internal customers, colleagues and suppliers to ensure best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements. · Ensure best value at all times for goods and services procured on behalf of the organisation. · Interface with internal user departments and suppliers on procurement projects. · Product and supplier sourcing. · RFQ management and administration for low to medium value requirements. · Negotiation with suppliers on costs and commercial terms. · Raise accurate purchase orders on timely basis based on correct and approved requisitions. · Ensure timely delivery of purchase orders to suppliers. · Ensure conformance at all times of the organisation to Procurement process. · Provide administrative support to managers and team. · Use best endeavours to meet reasonable user delivery requirements. · Manage assigned procurement projects in tandem, prioritised according to manager's direction. · Undertake work as instructed from time to time by manager. · Take responsibility for self development through formal training and exposure to new activities. Qualification & Experience
- Degree level education.
- Procurement related vocational qualification and/or educational credits.
- Middle East and related product category experience.
- Strong communications skills (including good written and spoken English)
- Numeracy and the ability to present data clearly and accurately.
- Organisation skills.
