Responsible for establishing and leading the evaluation of jobs across the Board using HAY methodology. Provide advice and guidance to the line Managers on the use of job descriptions and its use as a tool for performance appraisal and training. Support the generation of Organisational charts.   Key accountabilities include; §  Collation and Update of all Organisation Charts across the QR Group and its Subsidiaries §  Outline the process for the development and maintenance of Job Descriptions defining competencies required. §  Plan and implement mutually convenient meetings with Line Managers to generate Job Descriptions which meets overall job requirements, communicating objectives and stages of exercise, satisfactorily answering queries and gaining confidence and cooperation of the line. §  Achieve comprehensive understanding of the job which facilitates the communication of the job purpose and its accountabilities. §  Secure the timely and accurate production and agreement of concise and complete Job Descriptions, which are acceptable to the jobholder and the supervisors. §  Accountable for using HAY Methodology measuring, evaluating , controlling and classifying jobs thereby establishing the basis for ranking jobs across the Board. §  Responsible to effectively conduct analysis to support job ranking through constant liaison with the Line Manager, verifying written data to actual size of the job. §  Lead the design and development of comprehensive updated JD library together with the collation & maintenance of Organisation Charts, mapping Organisation Charts against existing/new jobs.   To be successful in this role you will hold a Bachelors Degree from a recognized university. A Post Graduate degree in Psychology/Personal Management is preferred. 5 or more years overall HR experience. Proven ability to work under pressure to defined time scales and budget. Proven experience of demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.
