B737-300 Captains - Donghai Airlines (China)

Minimum Requirements:

500+ hours PIC on type (B737-300 or higher)
3000+ hours total time
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
International flight experience of at least 3 years
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
No limitations on ATP and/or type rating
Maximum age 55

Domicile: Shenzhen, China

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable


Contract Details:

Base salary: $12,000 USD / month
Overtime: $150/hour if scheduled more than 160 hours in 2 months.
Bonus: $10,000 after 1st year, $11,000 after 2nd year, $12,000 after 3rd year.
Living allowance: 9000RMB/mo reimbursement
Travel support: $10,200 per year in reimbursement for pilot and family.
Schedule: Yearly schedule..8 wks on, 20 days off (4 times), and 6 wks on, 2 wks off (1 time).
Expect to fly around 80 hours per month
10 days sick leave
China health insurance provided to pilot
Crew duty transport provided from residence to the airport within 30km radius
Training salary: from date of hire until CAAC crew pass is obtained, $6000/mo. From the date CAAC crew pass is obtained until line training is completed, $9600/mo.
NOTE: Overtime and bonus are gross amounts. Tax will be deducted from these amounts.
