Officer Partnerships - Customer Loyalty department will support the business by recruiting new partners for Privilege Club and managing existing FFP relationships. The job holder will combine both recruitment/implementation of partners and ongoing account management to develop profitable and effective partnerships across Marketing, Business Development and Operational areas.
A successful candidate will work closely with Manager Partnerships to develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans to promote Privilege Club partners (Airline and Non airline) to increase revenue, help reduce mileage liability and build loyalty. The Officer will ensure that the partnerships are set up as per agreed timelines including contractual signoffs and operational setup.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in Loyalty Marketing and / or Partnership Management with a multinational customer and partner base
- Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Product development experience gained in leisure industry is an advantage
- Experience in account or project management with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with allied functions such as Systems, Marketing, Operations and external functions such as Contracts / Legal
Applicants are required to hold a Marketing Management degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of airline Partnership Management or Loyalty Marketing.
