Duty Operations Manager — Bonded Stores

Duty Operations Manager - Bonded Stores will be responsible for managing operations/staff in Bonded Store, a 24 hours/7 day operation, to ensure flights depart on time with correct and to spec store/bar items. Main duties include:   ·         Allocating/utilizing staff for on time, correct and to spec packing of bars/stores items ·         Overseeing Bar/Dry Store packing areas to ensure staff has relevant/up to date information and to track their on-the-job performance. ·         Ensuring Bonded Store adheres to legislation at all times including: Customs, Fire, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Security, First Aid, Ramp Safety and NDIA procedures. ·         Tracking performance of the Bond Store through effective monitoring and analyses of Stores' VR's and implementation of corrective action where appropriate. ·         Liaising with OCC on aircraft delays/changes to ensure that bars are packed accordingly. ·         Assisting with various departments/teams as needed to ensure operational objectives and priorities are aligned with and support business objectives. ·         Assisting with evaluation of department/team objectives, plans, procedures and practices and making appropriate changes as needed. ·         Performing additional duties as needed   . Qualification/Experience:   ·         Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Catering preferred with HACCP Certification

• Specialist level, (5) years job related experience in Bonded Stores in airline industry.
• Minimum (7) years experience working in similar Duty/Operations Manager position.
