Investigate, qualify, and develop new Sales opportunities for the company through appropriate propositions and ethical Sales methods.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential company resources, and co-ordinate Sales efforts with product and technical experts to respond effectively.
Travel extensively within the geographical territory range to present and market the company’s products and services to the full range of current and potential customers.
The successful individual will have a substantial track record of direct work experience in a business development management capacity, and this should include all aspects of Sales development and execution.
The candidate will ideally have a competent and proficient understanding of the Cable & Wire business in commercial and military Aerospace industries as well as other industrial markets. and markets.
He/she should be able to manage and win ‘project business’ and major programmes.
The appointee needs to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of current avionics, components, technologies, and related systems, together with a solid practical grasp of future trends. He/she should understand the Avionics STC approval process with EASA/FAA. Personal knowledge of and existing business relationships with key industry players would be a considerable advantage.
The ability to work both independently and in a team orientated collaborative environment is essential.
