A320, EMB190/145 Captains - Tianjin Airlines - Commuting, Upgrades!

Total Compensation: See below. All amounts net of tax in China. Aircraft Types: A320, EMB145, EMB190 Minimums: 300 hours PIC on type, 3000 hours total. Current within 12 months. Must be between 30 to 52 years old. Base: Tianjin or Xi'an, China Contract Term: 3 years, renewable Salary: EMB145 Captain: $12,000/mo. EMB190 Captain: $15,000/mo. A320 Captain: $16,000/mo.Annual Bonus: $8k for 1st year, $12k for 2nd year, $15k for 3rd year. Scheduling Option 1: 42 days on and 14 days off (24 days paid leave), Option 2: 42 days on, 21 days off (no paid annual leave, $200/mo pay reduction), Option 3 (NEW): 4 week s on, 4 weeks off (salary: $12,000/mo, this option is only applicable to the EMB190).  Note: A maximum of 14 days paid leave will be allowed per calender year month.  Commuting schedule srarts AFTER ground school and line training. Optional medical/dental plan covers you and your family anywhere in the world.
