Minimum Requirements:

500+ hours PIC on B737 EFIS or NG
Current on type within 12 months
3000+ hours total time
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
No limitations on ATP and/or type rating
Maximum age 55

Domicile: Beijing or Tianjin, China

Contract Term: 2 year initial / Renewable

Contract Options:

Two types of contracts available: (all amounts are net)

China Based (total $14,645 per month)
$13,500 per month base salary
$950 per month housing allowance
$195 per month travel allowance
$1,500 yearly bonus
8 hard days off per month (average 10-12)
30 days paid annual leave
Overtime $168.75 per hour over 80 flight hours/mo.

Commuter A (total $13,645 per month)
6 weeks on and 2 weeks off
$12,500 per month
$950 per month housing allowance
$195 per month travel allowance
$1,500 yearly bonus
no annual paid leave
Overtime $156.25/hour over 240 flight hours per 3 months

Training pay: $7,900 per month during training. Full salary after checked to the line. Maximum training pay is 60 days. Housing allowance of $635/mo.

Sick Leave: 8 days per year.

Travel Support Benefits:
For option 1: (4) round trip international tickets from Tianjin to the crew member’s home per year. These tickets are valid for eligible family members.
For option 2: (6) round trip international tickets from Tianjin to the crew member’s home per year. These tickets are valid for eligible family members
For both options above: (2) confirmed domestic tickets and unlimited standby tickets in China on OK Air flight network. Unlimited standby tickets on OK Air network.

Contract termination penalty: $3,000 if less than 60 days advance notice.

Optional global medical/dental health plan (for pilot and family)
Apartment rental assistance provided
Chinese speaking support staff provided day-to-day support with "living in China" issues
Expat status may dramatically reduce your national tax liability. Consult your CPA for tax advice.
Chinese income taxes will be paid by Shenzhen Airlines.
International Medical Insurance Coverage is optional and will cover you and your family anywhere in the world.
