Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
No limitations on type rating
Maximum age 55

Living in China Option

Total Compensation (all amounts net): CNY 113,555 per month

Based on current exchange rates, the total after tax compensation is $18,024 per month

* Above amounts include base salary, fuel saving bonus, travel allowance and yearly bonus amounts

Fuel Saving Bonus: approx. $800 per month (variable)
Yearly Bonus** - $6,000USD (1st year), $8,000USD (2nd Year), $10,000USD (3rd Year +)
$1000 per month school subsidy for pilots with children attending school in China
Travel Allowance: $8,000USD / year (paid once per year in RMB)
Quarterly overtime bonus: 1000RMB/hr for flight time exceeding 240 hours each quarter
Annual overtime bonus: 1000RMB/hr for flight time exceeding 780 hours each calendar year (This is in addition to the quarterly overtime bonus)
Hard Days Off - At least 8 days per month (average is around 10-12 per month)
Paid Personal Leave - 30 Days
Sick leave - 7 days per year
Travel Benefits - Total of 12 free ONE way domestic standby tickets / year on Shenzhen Airlines routes.
Discounted Travel - ID75 tickets on domestic Shenzhen Airlines routes and unlimited ID90 tickets on international Shenzhen Airlines routes. ZED fares available on Lufthansa Airlines.
Can change to Commuting contract once per contract term and/or at renewal

**If you renew your contract at the end of 3 years.. You also get:
Loyalty Bonus - Additional $12,000USD/year (2 equal payments made twice a year)
Flexibility Program - Choose ONE of the following:
1) Additional tuition reimbursement of $700USD/mo (total of $1,700USD/month)
2) Additional 7 days of paid personal leave (total of 37 days/year)
3) Choice to have 5 consecutive days off per month


Commuting Option

Total Compensation (all amounts net): CNY 97,169 per month

Based on current exchange rates, the total after tax compensation is $15,423

Work schedule: 70 days on and 20 days off every 90 days.
