Pilots interested in applying should meet the following requirements:
- Valid ICAO ATPL with A330 type rating
- Total flying hours: min 3,000 hours with PIC time: min 600 hours on type
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Fluent English; Holding ICAO level 4 or above
- Valid Passport of a country that has diplomatic relations with Peoples Republic of China;
- No flight accident record; No criminal record
