Our Clients in Germany and Austria require Weights / Mass Properties Engineers with experience of Aero Structures. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience within this field and be able to carry out the following activity:
Create mass breakdown for complete component masses including geometry data, relevant material data,single item masses, ship set weight etc. Start and conduct conceptual weight reduction initiatives. Consider trade-off studies and detailed mass analysis for design changes and different design solutions. Conduct regular reviews with local staff for weight issues and weight reductions . Show opportunities and risks of weight iterations. Assess Risk Share Partners and Suppliers for delivered weight data. Validate and verify this data. Fill and update the weight database on daily basis Candidates must currently hold the right to live and work in Germany and Austria (EU Passport holders).
