A320 Captains - Sichuan Airlines - Upgrade to A330

Minimum Requirements:

400+ hours PIC on type (A318/19/20/21)
Current on type within 12 months (Will accept recurrent training!)
3000+ hours total time
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer or CAA.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government.
Maximum age 57 years
No license limitations (e.g., VMC circle to land restriction)

Domicile: Chengdu or Chongqing, China

Compensation: $217,200/year USD (net)

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable


Contract Options:

Option 1 (Live in China):

Total Compensation: $18,100 per month (all amounts net)
Salary: $15,000 USD/month
Housing Allowance: $800/month
Salary based on 85 hours. O/T rate is $176.5/hr.
Training Pay: $300/day + $800/month (housing allowance)
Paid Personal Leave: 45 days/year
Sick Leave: 8 days/year
Travel Allowance: Reimbursement of two (2) round trip economy tickets per year for pilot and family. Maximum price of each ticket reimbursements $3,300 USD.
Ten (10) service charge travel on Sichuan domestic flights per year

Bonus: $27,000 USD Contract Completion Bonus of 1st Contract
$39,000 USD Contract Completion Bonus at end of 2nd contract term
$12,000 USD per year annual bonus

Option 2 (Commuting):

Total Compensation: $15,766 per month (all amounts net)
Salary: $13,000 USD/month
Housing Allowance: $800/month
Salary based on 85 hours. O/T rate is $176.5/hr.
Training Pay: $300/day + $800/month (housing allowance)
Schedule Options: 6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF or 12 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF
Flexible Leave: 15 days/year
Sick Leave: 8 days/year
Travel Allowance: Reimbursement of two (2) round trip economy tickets per year for pilot and family. Maximum price of each ticket reimbursements $3,300 USD.

Upgrade to A330 details:

All pilots are eligible to apply to upgrade to the A330 after flying 3,000 hours at Sichuan Airlines.
Training will be provided by Sichuan Airlines
