WASINC International is pleased to annouce immediate openings for A330 Captains for Skymark Airlines to be based in Tokyo or Kobe, Japan.  Successful candidates will begin training in late 2013.

Commutable!  Tickets provided monthly.
Upgrades available to the A380 (operations begin in July 2014)

Minimum Requirements:

5,000 hours total time
Total PIC time 1500 hours (must have 1000 hours PIC on one of the types listed below)
Most recent flight experience within 18 months
Required Type Rating:  A320 or A330
Valid ATP license with no limitations, valid passport, Class A Medical, radio license
Less than 60 years at time of application
Minimum age: 35 years
ICAO level 4 English
Must have previous commercial airline experience

No history of incidents and accidents
No criminal history
Body Mass Index of 30 or less
Lasik surgery is not allowed

Domicile:  Tokyo or Kobe, Japan (will be assigned by airline)

Compensation:  $162,000USD/year (net) (including housing, education, & travel support)
Note:  The compensation package for the A380 is not decided yet.  The salary above is for the B737-800.

Contract Term:  3 years, Renewable

Benefits:

20 days ON / 10 days OFF with positive space revenue round trip ticket back home
Total Package about $13,500/month (net)
Base salary:  $8,000/month (net) - Minimum Guarantee of 75 hours/month ($7,000 during initial training) ** (if exchange rate is 1USD = 76JPY or lower then base salary will be increased to $8,947)**
Contract Compensation Bonus of $9,000 (1st contract only)
Overtime is paid at $106.67/hour (1/75 X $8,000)
20 days / year of paid personal leave for 1st contract term.  Increases to 24 days/year if renewing your contract
10 days of sick leave per year
10 days off consecutive per month
Per Diem of 150,000JPY/month from appointment date
250,000JPY/month housing allowance (after probationary period)
300,000JPY (one time) Moving/Furniture allowance (after probationary period)
50,000JPY/child education allowance if they attend school in Japan (6-18 years old)

Travel allowance: one round trip ticket to your home residence willbe provided per month.  If you choose not to use the ticket, you will receive $500 cash.

Fleet plan:
B737-800 - 25 (5 on order)
A330 - (6 on order)
A380 - (6 plus 2 options on order)

Service on the A330 to begin in 2013
Service on the A380 to begin in 2014

Additional information:
Japanese income taxes paid by Skymark Airlines
Japanese National Medical/Dental insurance will be provided from 2nd year on contract
$250/month medical allowance
Ground transportation provided at base

The following items are not specifically mentioned in the contract, but are being provided by Skymark at this time (subject to Skymark internal policy)
1.  Access to the Japanese National Health program will be provided from the 1st year
2.  You can SELL BACK days off at $1,000/day (when requested by Skymark)
3.  When commuting:  A business class ticket will be provided if you fly over 80 hours, and the previous 3 months average is over 65 hours
