Quality Inspector for the Aerospace Industry

We are currently seeking several qualified persons in the Quality Assurance field for a project with our client AIRBUS Operations GmbH in Hamburg. As Quality Inspector you will be primarily responsible for preparing and conducting breakpoint, end, initial sample and function testing.
Description
- monitoring production processes and releasing component parts
- creating initial sample test reports
- reviewing the state of construction documentation and creating declarations of conformity
- recording quality issues in the context of regular structured work meetings
- documenting the completed technical inspections in the production orders and in the relevant systems by using inspection reference numbers and by compiling aircraft documentation
- creating, tracking and closing quality messages
- identifying deviations from the implemented quality standards
- explaining and calling in containment actions
- participating in customer audits in aircraft manufacture in order to comply with the design specifications and customer and licensing requirements
Requirements
- Engineering degree, alternatively Technician with several years of professional experience
- at least two years of professional experience in Production and Quality Assurance
- professional experience in this field is required
- experienced user of SAP and MS Office
- CAT B1/B2 licence is desirable
- fluency in German and advanced English skills
