Are you a fluent Arabic speaker living in the London area? Do you have a background in people-management, recruitment or HR – preferably from within the airline, aviation or tourism industry?
If so, then we’re looking for such a person to undertake a series of short-term projects during April and May, to assist with a high-profile recruitment campaign for a major global brand.
The projects may total around 12-15 days covering specific dates in April and May, so this will ideally suit a professional freelancer, or someone who is currently in between jobs. Your role will be to meet and talk with a wide range of job applicants, making a guided assessment of their Arabic language skills through structured conversation. You’ll need to be a confident and articulate person, well-presented with excellent customer service and people skills. Although you’ll be assessing Arabic language, you’ll be embedded in a highly westernised recruitment team, so fluent English skills are prerequisite.
We’re looking for a well-educated, professional and reliable person, who can make a firm commitment to see this campaign through to completion. There is a high chance of further work this summer, so a successful contribution to our April and May campaign could open the door to future opportunities with our business.
