They are seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager to join their operation based in Zurich.
The Key Account Manager ? EJ is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all Services to EJ from contracting through to fulfillment: ensuring delivery of the services at the service levels contracted, owning / managing the customer relationship after contracting and managing/monitoring internal company key performance measures of all accounts (financial and operational). The position owner will report to the VP Global Key Account Management.
Operational management and controlling of the implementation (CRM handover and Contract flowdown) and execution (Operational and Financial performance to plan) of all contracts in relation to EJ
Ensures clear communication link from customer to operations and other areas of the company; single customer point of contact
Manages issues database related to EJ, ensures completion, updating and escalation as required
Defines, manages and monitors customer account value flows (contract profitability, revenues, invoicing accuracy, days in invoice)
Measures account performance relative to forecasted account performance
Provides customer profile and KPIs (FHs, Fleet aging, fleet development, Scrap rates)
Initiating and monitoring the invoicing process
Lead and ensure all issue resolution processes
Drive root cause analysis to understand shortfalls and opportunities
Direct inputs and participation to standards team, lead effort to drive single interface with customer
Drive Continuous Improvement as set out in the EJ contract and strive to achieve further improvements to EJ outside of this contract at neutral cost to the company
Handle and successfully resolve disputes ensures they are escalated
Assemble, maintain, train and review the team required to perform on the above accountabilities within organizational boundaries
Your profile:
University degree in Business Administration
Fluent in English (spoken/written), German is a Plus
10+ years experience in aviation MRO industry with significant in-depth knowledge of Airline Economics and Strategy
5+ years in a professional / management role within the MRO industry with customer facing responsibilities
Leadership and people management experiences is a must
Experienced in coordinating solutions to technical matters relevant to an airline, and able to understand and explain issues to non-technical and technical minded audience
Deep expertise in relationship management and exposure to working under exceptional time pressure
