WASINC International is pleased to announce immediate openings for B737 captains for Skymark Airlines to be based in Tokyo or Kobe, Japan.
Commutable! Tickets provided monthly.
Upgrades available to the A330 or A380 in 2013 and 2014.
5,000 hours Total Time
100 hours Jet flight time
Total PIC time 1500 hours (must have 1000 hours PIC time on one of the aircraft types listed below)
Required Type Rating: B717, B737-400-900, B757, B767, B744, B777, B787
A320, A330, A340, A380, MD90, MD11, EMB145-190, CRJ200-1000
Most recent flight experience within 18 months
Valid ATP license with no limitations, valid passport, Class A Medical, radio license
Less than 60 years at time of application
Minimum age 35 at time of application (NEW)
ICAO level 4
Must have previous commercial airline experience
Body mass index 30 or less
Lasik surgery is not allowed
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents
Radio License issued by member of ITU
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history
Domicile: Tokyo or Kobe, Japan (will be assigned by airline)
Compensation: $162,000USD/year (net) (including housing, education & travel support)
Contract Term: 3 Years, Renewable
Upgrade Opportunities: Skymark will begin operating the A330 in 2013, and the A380 in 2014. Upgrades will be available.
*NEW: A320 Captains will be eligible for direct entry to the A330. Interviews will begin immediately, but training would not begin until the end of 2013.
20 days ON / 10 days OFF with positive pace revenue round trip ticket back home
Total Package about $13,500/mo (net)
Base Salary: $8,000USD/month (net) - Minimum Guarantee of 75 hours/month ($7,000 during initial training) **(if exchange rate is 1USD=76JPY or lower then base salary will be increased to $8,947USD)**
Contract Completion Bonus of $9,000 USD (1st contract only)
Overtime is paid at $106.67/hour (1/75 x $8000)
20 days / year of paid personal leave for 1st contract term. Increases to 24 days /year if renewing your contract
10 days of sick leave per year
10 days off consecutive per month.
Per Diem of 150,000JPY / month from appointment date
250,000 JPY/ month Housing allowance (after probationary period)
300,000 JPY (one time) Moving/Furniture allowance (after probationary period)
50,000 JPY / child education allowance if they attend school in Japan (6 ~18 years old)
Travel allowance: One round trip ticket to you home residence will be provided per month. If you choose not to use the ticket, you will receive $500 cash.
Contract renewal: Some benefits which are available after the first contract terms are as follows:
1. Additional base salary of 2,000USD per month is available for those who are
interested in becoming instructors.
2. Increased consecutive days off. If you are interested in additional days off per
month, the following options are available:
a. 8,000USD monthly salary with 10 H days off per month.
b. 7,500USD monthly salary with 11 H days off per month.
c. 7,000USD monthly salary with 12 H days off per month.
B737-800 - 25 (5 on order)
A330 - (6 on order)
A380 - (6 plus 2 options on order)
Service on the A330 to begin in 2013.
Service on the A380 to begin in 2014.
Japanese Income Taxes paid by Skymark Airlines.
Japanese National Medical/Dental insurance will be provided from 2nd year on contract
$250USD/ month medical allowance
Ground transportation provided at base
The following items are not specifically mentioned in the contract, but are being provided by Skymark at this time (subject to Skymark internal policy):
1. Access to the Japanese National Health program will be provided from the first year.
2. You can SELL BACK days off at $1,000USD/day (when requested by Skymark)
3. When commuting: A business class ticket will provided if you fly over 80 hours, and the previous 3 months average is over 65 hours.
