*EASA Regulations (Part-21G & Part-145)
*Root cause investigation techniques (e.g. FMEA, 5 Whys, Cause & Effect.)
*Continuous improvement techniques (e.g. 5S, Value Stream, DMAIC.)
*Quality engineering statistical tools (SPC, Pareto, DPMO/PPM, etc.)

*Driving for results (influencing and motivating people to perform activities)
*Diligence and attention to detail
*Being innovative in tactical and strategic matters
*Negotiating, using diplomacy, and managing conflict
*Strategic thinking and grasp of the big picture for the enterprise
*Apply experience, knowledge, skills and abilities
