You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring our website is continually working and meeting the demands of our international customers. You’ll be managing a complex portfolio of enhancements: fixing and improving the site to maintain customer satisfaction. You’ll also be making sure that changes to the ba.com platform are appropriately tested in order to deliver the best performance for our customers.
We need someone with experience of online technologies and creating /executing comprehensive test plans. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders will be necessary in working with other colleagues in the Commercial directorate and IT . You’ll have an aptitude for business analysis: breaking down complex issues into actionable fixes and projects.
Practical skills and knowledge in Amadeus Reservations is a nice to have but not essential.
