Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Rate: £27.00 p/h Ltd (Potential long term contracts)


Protec Technical have potential long term contract requirements for Project Engineers with an avionics / aircraft systems background, working on a contract basis, located in our offices in Fareham, starting in June. Overview: The engineers will principally be responsible for preparing documentation to support avionics modifications in commercial passenger aircraft.

Your main duties will be compiling technical modification documentation packages, including engineering orders, and solving problems from conception through to implementation stages, ensuring that that all changes comply with the rules and regulations of EASA Part 21 'J' Duties & Responsibilities: Producing technical documentation to support development and implementation of avionics modifications Ensuring that the change complies with the rules and regulations of PART 21 'J' Solving engineering ideas & problems from conception to First of Type (FOT) Both technical and regulatory aspects must be considered Ensure that continued compliance with Airworthiness Requirements is maintained Support Design Review activities Knowledge & Competencies: Must have knowledge of PART 21 Subpart 'J' requirements and regulations Able to prepare modification and engineering order packages Able to understand and interpret design solutions and integration requirements Candidates with Compliance Verification Engineering (CVE) experience especially welcome If this is of interest to you, please contact Jamie Ali or JP O'Hare on 01329 232221 or send your CV to J.Ali@protectechnical.co.uk
