Direct Personnel is currently accepting applications for the role of Facilities Manager for client based in Europe.
The candidate will manage a Part 145 facility by ensuring there are sufficient people, parts and equipment to undertake the activities performed at the facility within budget and in compliance to the regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
-At least 5 years practical experience in an engineering / maintenance field
-3 years supervisory experience
-Solid knowledge of employee relations laws, OSH workplace regulations
-Experience with employee recruitment and performance management
-Inventory management / purchasing of aircraft parts
-Must be a fluent Dutch speaker
-General computing skills - Excel, Word etc
