Senior System Specialist - Fuel Systems
Civil & Military Aircraft Programmes - South Coast

Real-Time Consultants are proud to be partnering with one of the worlds largest suppliers of components and systems to almost every major aerospace platform including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin. The are specialists in providing unique solutions to both civil and military applications.
Due to unprecedented growth within their global development delivery team new Senior System Specialist is required initially to lead the development of a complete OBIGGS system for a large military platform. An expert is required who has a sound working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles with experience of integrating systems for aerospace applications. Additionally the successful engineer will provide technical leadership of the design & development of fuel and fuel tank inerting system solutions to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The role will have the responsibility for the development of system control, diagnostic and communication functions.
This is a senior role, working as part of a small global team which could involve providing technical oversight to a number of programmes, providing technical leadership for major bids, leading the technical capability of the site.
An aerospace background is essential for this role as is the knowledge of governing regulations for design. Knowledge of fluid and thermodynamic principles applicable to fuel systems, fuel tank inerting and venting systems is desirable.
