Your job will be to manage a diverse security team that operates across a range of areas within this hectic and buzzing transport hub. As you do that, you’ll focus on improving operational effectiveness to deliver a truly outstanding service to every customer.

We’ll be honest though, it will be your responsibility to ensure that people get through the security process as quickly and efficiently as possible – a challenge to say the least given that the facility has tens of thousands of visitors daily. But if you’re right for this role, you’ll see that challenge as a big plus. In fact, you’re the kind of person who always has a smile on their face, however stressful things get.

You’ll also have a ‘can do’ attitude and the willingness to go that extra mile for your team and customers alike. In terms of experience, we’ll expect you to have a proven track record of leading a team within a highly demanding and commercially driven face-to-face customer service environment. You must also be physically fit and ready to undertake intense initial training which you will have to pass in order to progress into the role.
