Minimum Requirements - B737 & A320 Captains

  1. 500 hours PIC on type  (NEW)
  2. Current on type within 15 months
  3. 3000+ hours total time
  4. Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
  5. Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
  6. Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
  7. No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
  8. ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
  9. No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
  10. No limitations on type rating
  11. Maximum age 55 (NEW)

Domicile: Shenzhen, China

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable

* Company-Paid Loss of CAAC Medical License insurance. Salary protection of $10,000 per month up to 12 months in case of temporary or permanent loss of CAAC medical license. Additional coverage for temporary loss of CAAC medical license available. Additional option for Permanent loss of all medical license available (coverage of $10,000 per month for 24 months).

Living in China Option:
Total Compensation (net): $18,000/mo. 
* Above amounts include base salary, fuel saving bonus, travel allowance and bonus amounts  (all amounts except bonus are AFTER tax)

  • Base pay: $15,700 
  • 30 days of paid leave per year.
  • Fuel Saving bonus: around $800/mo. Variable
  • Contract Completion Bonus: $30,000 after 3 years
  • Travel Allowance $8000USD per year (paid annually)
  • Guaranteed 8 days off per month (average 10)
  • $1,100 per month subsidy if children enrolled in school in China
  • 7 days sick leave per year
  • Quarterly overtime bonus: $162/hr above 240 hours in a 3 month period
  • Annual overtime bonus: $162/hr above 780 hours per year

Can change to Commuting contract once per contract term and/or at renewal

**If you renew your contract at the end of 3 years..
You also get:

  • Loyalty Bonus - Additional $12,000USD/year (2 equal payments made twice a year)
  • Flexibility Program - Choose ONE of the following: 
    1) Additional tuition reimbursement of $700USD/mo (total of $1,800USD/month)
    2) Additional 7 days of paid personal leave (total of 37 days/year)
    3) Choice to have 5 consecutive days off per month

Commuter B: $13,877/mo.
* Above amounts include base salary, fuel saving bonus, travel allowance and yearly bonus amounts (all amounts except bonus are AFTER tax)

  • Base salary: 11,800USD per month 
  • 120 days of paid leave per year
  • Fuel Saving bonus: around $800/mo. Variable
  • Travel Allowance 8,000USD per year (paid annually)
  • Guaranteed 8 days off per month (average 10)
  • Contract Completion Bonus: 22,000USD after 3 years.
  • Quarterly and annual overtime incentives as above.

You also get: Loyalty Bonus - Additional 9,000USD/year (2 equal payments made twice a year)

 

Salary payment:

  • During ground school and line training, your pay will be handled by WASINC, and can be deposited at the bank of your choosing.
  • After checked to the line, your salary will be paid in a local bank in local currency by Shenzhen Airlines.
