The Accountable Manager serves as the principal interface with the CAA and is responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains a robust safety management system, effective operational control, airworthiness compliance and sustainable commercial performance.
The Accountable Manager must balance operational excellence, safety and regulatory compliance with prudent commercial leadership ensuring aircraft availability, cost discipline and profitability while supporting the strategic objectives of the reserves.
