1. JOB PURPOSE: . To assist in providing a high standard of accommodation for Ground Staff residents in Doha. . To implement policies for housing allocation and forecast upcoming housing requirements . Assist in ensuring that all Ground Staff accommodations meet acceptable safety, hygiene and security  standards.   2. ACCOUNTABILITIES: . Implementation of Ground Staff accommodation policy & procedures including house rules, sharing guidelines and allocation. . Monitor building maintenance requirements ensuring they are completed within established time period, quality standards and ascertain Ground Staff is safe, and secure in the accommodations at all times. -Together with the residents' authorization, provide access and entry into Ground Staff accommodations for authorized and/or contracted workers; and oversee the maintenance work ordered by QR Officers for any of the Ground Staff accommodations. . Conduct investigations with the assistance of Facilities & Security into any discrepancies relating to hygiene, safety and security. . Implementation of forecasting tool to project upcoming accommodation requirements for department. . Provide counselling and coaching to any staff members experiencing accommodation / flat mate disputes and difficulties. . Be the first point of contact for any staff members requesting change of accommodation or live out allowance, assessing the merits of each request before forwarding to Facilities department. . Assist Facilities department achieve balance between building occupancy and staff welfare by building relationships with staff and Facilities department. . Conduct monthly meetings with Facilities department to discuss and highlight accommodation concerns, future requirements and on-going projects. . Champion improvements to accommodation facilities and processes such as internet access, vending machine implementation, Al Rayes laundry pick-up. . Implement manuals for each staff accommodation facility to ensure new joiners are able to become familiar with their accommodation, facilities and location. . Conduct "accommodation induction" for all new joiners so they are aware of house rules, nearby amenities and transport options . Conduct visits to staff who are ill or failed to report for duty, ensuring all staff are provided with the best level of care and welfare. Update Hub Management accordingly. . Provide discipline to any employees who break imposed curfews. . Oversee the pre-employment, joining and post employment activities related to Ground Staff accommodations, ensuring accommodation standards and procedures are implemented at all times. Prepare Ground Staff accommodations for new hires according to established accommodation standards at least 2 days before actual date of arrival all the time. . Assist with transfer formalities of Ground Staff upon arrival at the DIA. Oversee the post employment inspection of Ground Services accommodation to facilitate exit procedures for the Ground Staff. . Follow up with accommodation residents' regarding spot checks result, maintenance work completion and other issues particular to Ground Staff accommodations to ensure company standards are implemented and monitored at all times. Conduct follow-up checks on Ground Staff accommodations' cleanliness and orderliness based on previous spot check reports at all times. Personally follow up and accommodation maintenance work done by non-QR maintenance staff.   3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Qualifications: Essential . High school qualifications Preferred . Certificate in Computer applications - MS Office . Local candidate; Must have a Qatari Driving License/ Female   Previous Experience: Essential . Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required   Preferred . Experience in a house keeping/maintenance in the hospitality industry . Experience in Building maintenance works would be advantageous. - Experience in HR coordinator / welfare / housing position   Job Specific Skills:  .
