Aircraft Maintenance Manager
with excellent management and personal skills as well as a strong sense of integrity to lead our team of around 30 employees to commence immediately or by arrangement.

This demanding and multidimensional management position – based at the Rega-Center at Zurich Airport – includes the following primary responsibilities:

• Directing the Rega Aircraft Maintenance unit with 3 CL 604 ambulance jets along with 11 AW109SP and 6 EC145 helicopters.
• Leading the entire team of around 30 specialists and 3 trainees
• Allocate and maintain the conditions necessary for the required performance of the Aircraft Maintenance unit and to ensure the fulfilment of your mandate
• Responsible for the financial affairs of the unit
• Various projects

For this demanding position and in order to manage a wide-range of responsibilities, you must have completed a higher technical training or educational programme and have several years of demonstrated management and professional experience in a similar position in the aviation industry. A comprehensive understanding of the EASA regulations, in particular Part 145 on aircraft maintenance and, ideally, Part M as well, are part of your qualifications profile along with excellent IT skills. To carry out the responsibilities of this job, you must have fluent German as well as good English skills, both written and spoken. Your experience in dealing with licensing will make it easier for you to complete your daily work.
