Administration Coordinator will be responsible for :   Providing administration support for the smooth functioning of Properties & Facilities operations on a daily basis. Managing the overall operation of the office and provides support to executive management by setting appointments, arranging meetings, maintaining personnel records, and drafting correspondence.   Specific accountabilities include: ·         Liaising with Contracts department with regards to preparation / issuance of department contracts. ·         Performing administrative tasks based on set procedures, establishment and maintenance of filing systems, categorizing and maintaining manuals, manage and co-ordinate travel needs and other source data. ·         Responding to complaints and requests for information and assistance, interpret and explain procedures and policies pertaining to internal inquiries of management and staff ·         Coordinating, attending and taking the minutes of Senior Staff meetings as necessary. Drafting minutes of the meetings ·         Handling a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the administrative function of the office; ·         Carrying out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and prioritizes workflow to ensure efficient operation of the office.   Qualifications, Experience & Skills :   ·         Bachelors Degree ·         3+ years experience in a multi cultural environment and 2+ years as an Executive Secretary ·         Experience with Database administration ·         Experience in drafting / reviewing of contractual documents ·         Good knowledge of MS office and communication skills ·         Good interpersonal skills and ability to present data clearly and accurately     About Qatar Airways   As the Middle East's only 5-star airline and one of the world's fastest growing carriers, Qatar Airways is dedicated to excellence in safety and in customer service, in the air and on the ground.  The company applies the same philosophy to its people by providing them with diverse career opportunities and continual development.
