This role will oversee the design, development and implementation of consumer communication and establish a communication channel that is compelling and measurable, directly contributing to Privilege Club's profitability. The role will also develop strategic segment management plans to optimize member acquisition, management and retention and building a dynamic content management infrastructure for real time communication with members. Analysis of customer and market data to drive activities and develop metrics to measure success of CRM campaigns.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- 5 years experience in direct marketing/loyalty programmes.
- Proficient in Campaign Management and related tools
- Demonstrated strategies and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
