Air China - the national flag carrier of China - has just announced recruitment of B777 Captains.

Details of this program are as follows:

*Minimum requirements:
6000 hours total PIC time
1000 hours PIC time on type
Current within 12 months (must have a valid/current PC)
Valid ATP license, valid passport, Class A Medical
Must be from a country with diplomatic ties to China
No incidents or accidents, no license limitations
Maximum age: less than 58
ICAO level 4 English certification

*Compensation: (all amounts net of tax)
---$12,500USD base + $4,000USD living allowance= $16,500USD/month
---85 hour minimum guarantee
---Overtime > 85 hours @ $233/hour
---Safety Bonus @ $6,000USD/per year for no incident/accident for > 880 flight hours
---Annual Overtime Bonus of $97/hour > 935 flight hours/year
---Ground training pay: $4000. Ground training should take about 1 month.
---Line training pay: $15,000
---Full pay ($16,500) begins once you are fully checked to the line

Paid Leave: 28 days per year
Sick Leave: 12 days per year

Base: Beijing will be the operational base. Los Angeles will be the remote base.

Travel benefits: 7 round trip tickets on Air China's international flights per year, for use by pilot and/or immediate family. Jump seat available on all Air China flights with company approval.

*Initial contact term two (2) years with renewal at 1 year increments
