At easyJet, we’re now looking for a high-calibre, inspirational Network Crewing Manager to lead and develop a significant 24/7 team responsible for the day of operation by having the right number of Pilots and Cabin Crew, in the right place, at the right time, to meet our European-wide flying programme. A crucial and high profile role, you will ensure a proactive approach, anticipating events that may impact on operational integrity, minimising disruption and optimising the use of standby crew, whilst meeting all legal, quality and safety requirements. Maintaining positive and productive senior-level relationships with the wider operations planning team to drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, you will also work closely with Pilot and Cabin Services Managers across all our bases to build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships.

A motivational leader with strong people management skills, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing operational performance, ideally gained in complex, technical airline operations or similar regulated, customer service-orientated environment. With experience of process management, organisational and systems change, you will also display the communication and influencing skills necessary to engage senior level stakeholders across the business. A real team player, with strong work ethic, you must demonstrate a pan-European understanding and breadth of thought, coupled with an entrepreneurial drive to improve efficiency.  Able to provide pragmatic solutions to complex problems, you will also have the tenacity and resilience required to flourish in a pressurised and constantly-evolving environment.
