Responsible for the sale of MRO products and services for all Aircraft Exterior Paint. Responsible for sales development and new customer acquisition. Negotiates contracts and projects subject to company policy in terms of prices and delivery dates. Provides market intelligence and sales forecasts. Focal point of contact for all A/C Exterior Paint operators and customers.

  • Full accountability for achieving sales objectives for all a/c for products (MRO services, mods/upgrades, paint and refurbishment)
  • Effectively represents the company in front of customers, OEMs, partners etc. Regular customer visits and built-up of relevant network in aircraft paint market segment with respect to customers, decision-makers, authorities, partners (Falcon, Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraerand Gulfstream, OEMs), representatives
  • Responsible for new business development through prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing opportunities. Manages client relationship through the full sales cycle
  • Plans sales visits efficiently; prepares for sales visits through appropriate customer and market research
  • Responsible for issuing responds to RFQs. Provides quotes to customers and ensures necessary follow up to ensure effective project closing
  • Regular interaction with quotation and revenues management on preparation of quotes
  • Handover of projects into operations at point of sales
  • Regular customer visits and built-up of relevant network in aircraft exterior paint market segment with respect to customers, decision-makers, authorities, partners, representatives
  • Active participation in shows, conferences etc.
  • Planning of business volume
  • Participation in regular site / product sales calls
  • Pivotal data accuracy on accounts, business opportunities and follow-up status
  • Weekly Sales reports on activities and sales achievements
  • Close and regular interaction (dotted-line reporting) with Director MRO Maintenance Shop
  • Cooperates, manages and interacts effectively with available Sales resources in the organization (Sales Management)
  • Cooperates, manages and interact with  Completion and customer during aircraft delivery to ensure proper handover from MRO services
  • Active customer support and customer care activities of customers in Basel during their project downtime


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or key account management role
• Apprenticeship, technical degree (Paint / Mechanical / Sales / Marketing or equivalent), aviation background and experience
• Very good English (verbal and written); any other language is an asset
• Proactive, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel, global mindset
