Zenon Aviation have been engaged by a leading VIP and Corporate Jet Catering and Concierge supplier to recruit a Sales Manager.

You will need to be ambitious, self-motivated and experienced in sales within the VIP and Corporate Jet industry. Our client is one of the fastest growing organisations in its field and require a dynamic individual to continue to grow their worldwide business, located in the South of England.

Responsibilities

  • To expand their market share promoting their brand and unique premium quality service within this highly competitive market.
  • Develop business and the account manage their VIP and Corporate Jet client base.
  • To manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Manage and provide quotations from incoming requests and enquiries
  • Act as the main point of contact between all parties to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Negotiate client contracts
  • Carry out ongoing market research
  • Professionally promote a high standard of service to their clients at all times.

Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience within the VIP and corporate jet industry is essential.
  • Experience in making volume sales calls and creating business opportunities with a successful track record.
  • Experience in working to set KPI’s and targets.
  • Confident and experience in communicating at all levels of business. 
  • Experience in negotiating and closing contracts and in after sales account management
  • Extensive experience and understanding of customer service.
  • A background in aircraft broking or charter sales would be advantageous.
