Position – Safety Manager

Location – Dublin Ireland

In order to realize it, we need to recruit individuals with the right attitude and who possess the ability to think outside of the box.

CAE Parc Aviation have been exclusively appointed to recruit and appoint a dynamic and highly motivated Safety Manager who promotes innovation and who will be instrumental in the development and the direction of this new Airline.

The mission for the Safety Manager is to manage the airlines Safety Management Program and to ensure prerequisites to achieve safety objectives in order to control the operational, airworthiness and maintenance risk exposure.

  • You lead by example and are involved in the day to day activities of the Airline.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Ability and to drive a modern productive safety culture
  • Documented administrative experience of leading an organization.
  • Experience in quality control and quality audit or relevant industry experience. 
  • Proven operational experience in leading position.
  • Experience in outsourced business operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
  • Strong understanding of aviation risk and liability management.
  • Detailed understanding of Civil Aviation Regulation.
  • Experience in outsourced business operations.
  • EASA Management System Training or equal.

Other Considerations

  • Must be accepted by IAA
  • Formal education is less relevant and takes second place to attitude and experience.
