500 Hours + as PIC on type & (Efis considered)
5,000 Hours total time
2,000 Hours total PIC and FO time on Multi -Crew,Multi engine jets
Preference Current on type within last 12 months.(Outside this considered also)
No history of accidents or incidents
ICAO level 4 or equivalent English proficiency
Maximum age 55 years

1st Year: Commuting: 207,300 USD Non Commuting: 218,100 USD
2nd Year: Commuting: 221,300 USD Non Commuting: 232,100 USD
3rd Year: Commuting: 241,300 USD Non Commuting: 252,100 USD
Basic monthly salary:
1) Ground school period (monthly salary): 7500 USD
2) Line training period (monthly salary): 9000 USD
3) After line check (monthly salary):
1st Year: Commuting: 12,500 USD Non Commuting: 13,400 USD
2nd Year: Commuting: 13,500 USD Non Commuting: 14,400 USD
3rd Year: Commuting: 15,000 USD Non Commuting: 15,900 US
Housing: An allowance of 7000 RMB per month Safety Bonus:
1st 12 months: 12,000 USD
2nd 12 months: 14,000 USD
3rd 12 month: 16,000 USD
4th and after: 18,000 USD
Financial Performance Bonus: An additional bonus of up to 10,000 USD net of Chinese taxes may be paid to the Employee per year depending on the yearly financial performance of the Company.
Long Term Loyalty Bonus: A Loyalty Bonus of 30,000 USD for six years’ service.
Education Allowance： 8000USD/children per year, no more than two children.
Layover allowance: Layover flight allowance shall be paid if the Employee operates the layover flights in outstation after check to line. （Around 6000 USD/year）
Travel：6000 USD travel allowance net of Chinese taxes per year.
- 5 free tickets per year for the employee and family members;
- 5ID75 tickets per year for the employee and family members;
Insurance：Xiamen Airlines will pay fifty percent of the total cost of the Health Insurance per contract year，with a maximum of 1,300 USD.
Commuting Scheme: 2 months on 2 months off or 6 weeks ON +2 working days, then 2 weeks OFF + 2 soft days. The employee can apply to change the commuting scheme to 5 weeks ON+ 3 weeks OFF if approved, but 100 USD per block hours net of Chinese taxes will be reduced from the salary when 150 block hours is not reached during that two calendar month period.
