Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by a highly experienced and trusted private jet charter operator to source an Ground Operations and Office Administrator on a permanent basis for their facilities based in the London Airports Region.

Ground Operations and Office Administrator

Duties

• Coordinating domestic and international trips on both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft ensuring that the client’s expectations are exceeded
• Record-keeping and filing to ensure that the Ground Operations Department remains compliant with applicable legislation
• Stock purchase and replenishment for aircraft supplies and office consumables
• Liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers to arrange for required services — e.g. fuel providers, hotel bookings, aircraft handling agents
Skills and Competencies
• Team-oriented worker that enjoys working collaboratively
• Experience in ARINC Direct flight planning/LEON flight software advantageous
• Competent in use of Microsoft Office suite software
• Excellent communication skills and confident with use of both email and telephone
• Methodical and organised
• Tenacious with a desire to get the job done well
• An able multitasker that can retain control even under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail
