Customer Service Director

On behalf of our reputable client, a leading flight management service provider, we are searching for a Customer Service Director to join their business in Malta on a permanent basis. 

Our client is looking for a skilled Director who is well experienced in both the strategic planning of the Customer Service division and the effective management of a customer support team. The successful candidate will be able to build a stable and knowledgeable team, ensuring they maintain and enhance client relations, as well as, meet organisational and operational objectives.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Develop, design and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Define and write our Customer Care Centre Manual
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
  • Direct the daily operations of the customer service team

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Customer service experience in Business Aviation and or Commercial Aviation
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices in Luxury Services
  • Proven supervisory and management experience
  • Proficiency in data-tracking systems and analytic skills necessary
