Office Representative -  Malta

We are looking for an experienced aviation sector Office Representative, based in Malta.  This is a fabulous opportunity to be the first to establish a new office base and assist in the development of all the infrastructure that is required.

You will be an excellent administrator with an attention to detail and first class communication skills to develop this expansive role to be your own.

This is a varied role for a flexible minded self-starter, here are just some of the tasks that are a requirement:

Description/Tasks
•    Cost control for all pass-through invoices for customer aircraft
•    Various correspondence with suppliers
•    Account allocation of supplier invoices
•    Preparation of monthly customer invoice
•    General administrative tasks
•    Link between head office, service providers and authorities

Qualification/Experience:
•    Demonstrates a quick understanding of newly presented information and connections
•    Ability to work independently based on provided guidelines
•    Good communication skills
•    Fluent in written and spoken English
•    Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel
•    High business and financial acumen
•    Financial background desired
•    Technical knowledge and understanding is a benefit
•    Technical experience in a maintenance organization is a benefit
•    Experience in private aviation is a benefit
