We are pleased to inform you that we are recruiting for the position of the Quality Assurance Manager for one of our airline clients in the North America region. This is a permanent position 

Our client is a leading and well-established airline, operating scheduled services on domestic and regional routes. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing and developing aircraft maintenance programs, preparing standard practices and procedures in the airline, carry out quality audits, liaising with local CAA.    

Term & Benefits

  • Contract Term: Permanent Contract employed directly by the airline
  • Starting day: 01st September 2017
  • Positions:  Quality Assurance Manager
  • Warm and attractive (seaside) working location
  • Remuneration: $5,000 per month Tax-Free
  • Weekly Work Hours: Average 44 hours
  • Overtime Payment:  Time in lieu is provided for overtime
  • Roster Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off
  • Accommodation: Provided for first 30 days (manager to pay utilities)
  • Annual Vacation: 2 weeks paid leave
  • Transportation: Provided $500 one time 
  • Positioning Flight: Provided 50% expense of a flight ticket to the base 

In case away from the normal base to conduct duties

  • Per diem: $50/ day
  • Accommodation + Transportation: Provided 

Assessment

  • Dates: TBA
  • Location: Phone Interview (optional in person interview at base) 

Minimum Experience

  • A minimum 5 years in Technical Records and Quality Assurance
  • A minimum of 3 years working on either EMB120 or ERJ 145 type
  • A minimum of 5 years as an ICAO Type II AMEL holder

 Qualifications

  • Current  ICAO type II AMEL  
  • EMB Type rating on airframe & powerplant (from an approved program).
  • Current with HF & EWIS training
