We are pleased to inform you that we are recruiting EMB-120 and DHC-6 Captains for our client in the Caribbean region. ​

  • Contract Term: Permanent Contract hired directly by the airline
  • Starting date: ASAP
  • Positions:  EMB-120  and DHC-6 Captains
  • Base: Caribbean Islands
  • Salary: Provided upon receiving an application 
  • Accommodation: Provided for first 30 days
  • Block hour: Average 60 - 80 hours
  • Overtime Payment: After 70 hours
  • Roster Pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off
  • Transportation: Provided $500 one time 
  • Positioning Flight:  Provided 50% expense of a flight ticket to the base
  • Annual Vacation: 2 weeks paid leave

In case pilots away from the normal base:

  • Per diem: $50/ day
  • Accommodation + Transportation: Provided

Minimum Experience:

  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • ICAO Level 4 English or above
  • No history of accidents or incidents

EMB-120 Captains:

  • 4,000 TT hours total flying time with at least 2,000 hours on Multi-engine aircraft and 300 hours PIC on type. Last flight within last 6 months
  • ICAO ATPL Licence with a valid EMB 120 rating endorsement

DHC-6 Captains:

  • 3,000 TT hours total flying time with at least 1,500 hours on Multi-engine aircraft and 300 hours PIC on type. Last flight within last 6 months
  • ICAO ATPL Licence with a valid DHC-6 rating endorsement

For former EMB120 or DHC-6 Captains:

  • Airline will sponsor 50% of the training expenses with a  job guarantee
