Regional Sales Manager

On behalf of our reputable client, a leading flight management service provider, we are searching various Regional Sales Managers to join the business in London, France/Switzerland, New York or Moscow on a permanent basis.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building partnerships and improving existing relationships through presenting new luxury products and services across the globe. This job will require some national and international travel.


  • Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional luxury sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Build and maintain rapport with key customers while identifying new customer opportunities
  • Possess a strong understanding of the luxury product and service as well as the competition within the industry positioning
  • Establish luxury sales objectives and expand customer base by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of luxury service
  • Act as Brand Ambassador through product presentation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in Luxury Brand Sales and/or Business Aviation
  • Sales, territory management, presentation and performance management experience
  • Experience building relationships with a proven ability to meet sales goals
  • Superior time management and organisational skills while able to handle pressure and meet deadlines  
  • Excellent communication and IT fluency with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
