On behalf of our reputable client, a leading flight management service provider, we are searching for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the business in Malta on a permanent basis. 

Our client is looking for a skilled Customer Service Team Leader who can ensure an efficient and superior service is provided to all VIP members through the supervision of a competent team of customer service and concierge agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolves a wide range of operational and service related issues including VIP members queries
  • Plans, assigns and reviews attendance, appearance, behaviour and the work of all staff at the customer and concierge services department,
  • Makes recommendations regarding hiring, discipline and promotions of staff, raises need for training or replacement
  • Analyses and makes recommendations for improved customer services and concierge operations
  • Manage the team’s daily work schedule and keep the team updated regarding processes and procedures
  • Review teams compliance to rules, regulations and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience of Customer and Concierge Services supervisory principles and practices
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in airline, private jet and concierge services
  • Fluent in English and preferred Russian language
  • Passionate about delivering 5 star service to high profile clients

Ability to supervise staff  to motivate staff for a high performance operation
