General requirements
- License: EASA, ICAO & FAA accepted
- Medical: Class 1
- ELP Level 4
Minimum requirements

- Monthly Salary - $10,100 USD
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,500 PIC hours
- Minimum 200 hours on A320 in the last 12-18 months
- Maximum acceptable age up to 60 years
